Stop by early at Solare Café, where we proudly serve Urbana coffee. Solare Café opens at 7:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, and at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Choose from a variety of hot and cold coffees, lattes and more. Enjoy a rotating variety of breakfast treats like scones, muffins, pastries, and vegan baked goods from local bakeries for a delicious start to your day.
From 10:30 – 2:30 daily, salads and power bowls are on the menu at Solare, with fresh ingredients and infinite customizations.
