The chicken is marinated in a mouthwatering blend of pineapple and achiote spice that will transport your tastebuds to Mexico.

 

Chef and owner Mark Schmidt began working in restaurants when he was 15, where he fell in love with Mexican culture and cuisine, especially tacos. (Who hasn’t fallen in love with tacos? Seriously?) Lucky us, he moved to Cincinnati five years ago and opened the Taco Oso food truck, booking private events and serving memorable tacos and nachos to the region.
