Terms and Conditions for Igloo Booking

1. General Booking Policy

  • All igloo bookings require a minimum duration of 2 hours.

  • Guests may choose between two service options:

    • Self-Served: NO outside food or beverages permitted, Must order food & beverages from Element Eatery.

    • Cocktail Service: Professional cocktail service provided by our team.

2. Reservation and Payment

  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.

  • Full payment must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and online transfers.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the booking will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking will forfeit the deposit.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will be charged the full amount.

4. Self-Served Option.

  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only from Element Eatery.

  • The igloo must be left in a clean condition. Any excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.

5. Cocktail Service Option

  • Cocktail service includes professional bartending, customized drink menus, and all necessary supplies.

  • Guests must confirm drink preferences at least 48 hours before the booking.

  • Alcohol service will cease 15 minutes before the end of the booking.

  • All guests must comply with local laws regarding alcohol consumption.

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must respect the property and furnishings of the igloo. Damages caused by negligence or misuse will result in additional charges.

  • Noise levels should be kept to a reasonable level to avoid disturbance to others.

  • The maximum number of guests allowed in the igloo will be specified at the time of booking and must not be exceeded.

7. Liability

  • The company is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the booking.

  • Guests assume full responsibility for their actions and the actions of their party.

8. Force Majeure

  • The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, equipment failure, or emergencies. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

9. Amendments to Terms

  • The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes prior to their booking.
