Owner, Robert Viox, is a well-seasoned entrepreneur with over 40 years of restaurant experience. He has worked in a wide variety of styles and is excited to bring his customer experience to this newest venture. Oh, and the inspiration for the name of this latest concept? His newest granddaughter, Zaria.
